Still waking up feeling creaky but on Tuesday at the gym my right hip finally felt strong and reliable again - not so now, at 9:30am. The main pain was in my knees. I should also mention that I've been waking up with a cramp like feeling in the arch of my left foot for a week or two. It goes away by mid-morning and I'm trying to alleviate it by resting my foot on a tennis ball when I am seated. A little worrying but I haven't seen a doctor about it yet.

Slightly off-topic, but health-related. The Age writes about a "big breakfast" diet". This is something I have always believed in, but for a great start to the day and strength-building rather than weight loss.
