Pretty tough few weeks. I've been going to the gym 6 hours a week and feel most body parts getting stronger, leaner and fitter. Most that is except my lower back. I cannot let go of the thought of that 12 degree misalignment. I cannot explain how I feel any other way. Perhaps I need another op. This would involve undoing the previous two so I'm unlikely to find a surgeon willing to give it a go.
